Paul has defined large-scale strategic efforts for national and international brands, impacting millions of people, via big-picture thinking and attention to detail with a focus on making digital products much less terrible.Paul is a Product Strategist at Livefront, where they pull together quant, qual, and 3rd party research with unique insights to shape strategic plans for clients you know and love. Prior to Livefront, Paul helped multiple small agencies operationalize and standardize their CX and Content Strategy work via playbooks, driving new business, and partnerships that led to millions in sold work. Paul also built the Content Strategy practice at digital agency Bounteous, and built the UX practice at in-flight internet provider Gogo.Paul believes good work isn’t just about being clever; It’s about cutting through the hype and noise to make something that makes a real difference. This starts with people, and Paul’s approach to collaboration ensures everyone feels welcome, heard, and equipped to do their parts. Whether working with scrappy startups or gnarly, matrixed-to-the-hilt teams, Paul brings a unique voice with care, calm, and an occasional well-timed joke.Paul’s talents are showcased in workshops and public speaking. Paul leads workshops that help teams get out of the mud and back on the road with a studious but lighthearted take on the work ahead, with activities that promote big, bold ideas. Paul has taken the stage at esteemed venues including SXSW, WebVisions, CreativeMornings, and Design & Content. Paul is a former instructor at Columbia College Chicago and General Assembly, and was the overall director for Denver’s World IA Day for two years.Originally from Chicago, Paul is currently based in Denver, Colorado.
